Turkey takes over chairmanship of Turkic Council from Azerbaijan

The chairmanship of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States has been transferred from Azerbaijan to Turkey, Report informs.
The decision was made at the 8th Summit of the Turkic Council in Istanbul.
