Russian peacekeepers may be involved in demining operations in Khojaly

There is a project to involve Russian peacekeepers in demining operations in Khojaly, the Chairman of the Management Board of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), Vugar Suleymanov, said at a press conference regarding the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, Report informs.
According to him, the participation of Russian peacekeepers in the process is planned: "Currently, the technical equipment, tools, and dogs of those deminers are in the accreditation process. The accreditation will be completed on April 6. They will start the demining operation in Khojaly."
