Magdalena Grono: Opening of roads and establishing co-op is crucial for South Caucasus

An important stage has begun, opening up new opportunities for full-scale normalization between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Magdalena Grono, the European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus, while commenting on the purpose of her visit to Nakhchivan, Report informs.
According to Grono, the opening of roads and establishing cooperation is of crucial importance for the welfare of the South Caucasus region:
"I have a mandate on behalf of the EU to support all aspects of regional cooperation and normalization efforts. As a partner, we provide support to both Azerbaijan and Armenia in establishing regional connections, transport corridors, and other areas, and we are ready to continue cooperation."
