Kamilla Mammadova: CICA and NAM create platforms to unlock youth potential

CICA (Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia) and NAM (Non-Aligned Movement) are creating platforms to unlock youth potential, Kamilla Mammadova, Manager of the Research Center of the Youth Organization of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), said at an event held during the 13th session of the CICA Think Tanks Forum in Baku, according to Report.

"We are witnessing a gradual but determined shift toward more inclusive systems based on values that recognize and unlock the vast, yet underutilized, potential of youth," Mammadova said.

She emphasized that this approach is already being implemented in practice through CICA initiatives, such as the work of the Youth Council.

"The same applies to the Non-Aligned Movement: the youth organization I represent today enables young people from member countries to exchange ideas, visions, and approaches to modern challenges in achieving sustainable development, as well as to discuss ways to address them through joint actions," she added.
