Ilham Aliyev receives EU Special Representative for South Caucasus

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar, Report informs.
The meeting focused on various aspects of EU-Azerbaijan relations, prospects for cooperation in the South Caucasus, post-conflict situation, and tensions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in November.
