“After the Second Karabakh War, the Turkish-Azerbaijani brotherhood and unity rose to a higher level. You probably also see that the flags of Azerbaijan and Turkey are flying together everywhere,” Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in a press statement in Jabrayil, Report informs.
