Head of Baku Office of Council of Europe thanks Azerbaijan

"Azerbaijan has joined the 65 Conventions on human rights, and I thank the Azerbaijani side for that," Head of the Baku Office of the Council of Europe, Ambassador Petr Sich said at the conference on basic guarantees of human rights.
He said that the Council of Europe is trying to help countries implement the documents.
Sich said he has been working as the head of the Baku Office of the Council of Europe since September of this year, and he hopes future cooperation will be helpful.
