France welcomes the handover of 17 Armenian soldiers detained in Azerbaijan to Armenia, Report informs.
"The liberation by Azerbaijan of 17 Armenian detainees is a welcome humanitarian gesture that contributes to building trust ahead of important meetings today in Prague," French ambassador to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross tweeted.
