Foreign ministries of Azerbaijan, Ecuador ink protocol on political consultations

On the margins of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov met with Foreign Minister of Ecuador Gabriella Sommerfeld, Azerbaijan's MFA said on X, Report informs.

Ministers exchanged views on strengthening political consultations, diversifying economic and humanitarian cooperation, and promoting closer collaboration across the UN, NAM, and wider international platforms.

Ministers signed the "Protocol on political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility of the Republic of Ecuador."
