Fakhraddin Altun: Some forces are trying to defame works done by Turkey in Karabakh

"Systematic disinformation and false terror charges are among the most urgent problems facing the Turkic world today, as all over the world. As Turkey, we have come a long way in the fight against disinformation. But we still have work to do. As Turkey, we are doing what is necessary to protect our citizens from fake news," said Fakhraddin Altun, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Presidential Administration of Turkey, Report informs.

According to him, some circles tried to defame Turkey's efforts to maintain peace and stability in Syria, Libya, and Azerbaijan's Karabakh region, using social media platforms: "We have thwarted these attempts."
