EU special representative arrives in Azerbaijan

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar has arrived in Azerbaijan.
Report informs that Toivo Klaar headed to Baku from Moscow.
As part of his visit, the EU special representative will hold meetings with several Azerbaijani officials.
