Ersin Tatar explaines why independence of Northern Cyprus not recognized

I have no expectations from the international community regarding the recognition of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ersin Tatar said t a video meeting with a group of Azerbaijani journalists, Report informs.
"They do not recognize us because it is a political problem. We need to be a little patient. We have brilliant people. We are doing our best to strengthen our state. And the recognition will come later. I want to go to the brotherly country to win the love of the Azerbaijani people. I am an elected leader of the people," Tatar said.
