Emir of Kuwait congratulates President Ilham Aliyev

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Report informs referring to Azertac.

I cordially congratulate you on your re-election as President of the friendly Republic of Azerbaijan.
