David Zalkaliani: Georgian-Azerbaijani relations should achieve a new level

"Over the next ten years, Georgia will strengthen its position as a leading state in the region," the local Bureau of Report informs, citing Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani.
According to him, during this period, delimitation and demarcation of the borders will be completed, and Georgia will obtain a stable transit function.
The Minister said Georgia would make significant contributions to promote and realize new regional initiatives, including the trilateral cooperation platform.
Zalkaliani stressed the need to strengthen Georgia's bilateral, multilateral political, and economic relations with Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Turkey, to benefit highly from the existing potential of these relations and bring them to a new level.
