China's CCTV report on boat trip of spouses of heads of state and government in Tianjin

China Central Television (CCTV) has broadcast a reportage about the boat trip on the Haihe River by the spouses of heads of state and government participating in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization plus (SCO+) format meeting held in Tianjin city on September 1.

According to Report, CCTV highlighted that the First Lady of the People's Republic of China, Peng Liyuan, invited the spouses of foreign country leaders participating in the Summit for a river cruise in Tianjin city.

It was noted that during the boat trip, the guests received detailed information about the history and development of Tianjin.

The reportage specifically mentioned that Peng Liyuan and the guests enjoyed the coastal scenery, listened to performances on a traditional three-stringed musical instrument, engaged in cordial conversations, and took commemorative photos on the deck.
