Bayramov: Armenia didn't agree with number of provisions of peace treaty before Trump administration came to power

Until the end of January this year, Armenia didn't agree with certain provisions of the draft peace treaty with Azerbaijan, in particular those concerning the prevention of the deployment of third-country forces on the common border and the withdrawal of lawsuits, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a special government meeting dedicated to the results of the Azerbaijani president's visit to the US, Report informs.

He noted that this was the period before the Donald Trump administration came to power in the US. Bayramov emphasized that only after this did Armenia change its position on these points.
