"Azerbaijani-Turkish bonds are at such a level that there can be no visa regime between them. We have eliminated it mutually," Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov said at a webinar on Regional Geopolitical Polarization and Turkish-Azerbaijani Relations.
According to him, there are other ways to facilitate travel: "During the first official visit of Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov to Turkey, the issue of mutual travels of both countries' citizens with ID cards was raised. We have established contacts at the operational level to resolve this issue. We are currently negotiating the documents from a technical point of view. I think we will achieve this soon from a practical point of view."
