Azerbaijan's BIMC inks MoU with Higher Committee of Human Fraternity

A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation has been signed between the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre (BIMC) and the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity (HCHF) operating in the United Arab Emirates, Report informs, citing the BIMC.

The document aims to promote the principles of tolerance, mutual respect and human fraternity, strengthen cooperation between the parties, as well as implement joint projects on regional and global scales.

According to the MoU, the parties will exchange information and publications, cooperate in supporting youth initiatives, developing intercultural exchange programs, and organizing capacity-building trainings.

Additionally, they will hold joint international conferences, seminars, and awareness campaigns.

The memorandum, signed for a period of two years, also provides for the promotion of research on human fraternity through the BIMC academic network and the development of monitoring mechanisms for results.

The parties have declared that the document will serve to strengthen friendship and cooperation relations between peoples and enhance an environment of mutual trust and understanding.

This cooperation will also make a significant contribution to deepening dialogue between different cultures and religions, wider dissemination of tolerance traditions, and increasing young people's commitment to the values of peace and coexistence.

It was noted that the implementation of the document will open new opportunities not only between the two parties but also for the promotion of humanistic principles on regional and global scales, the protection of multicultural values, and the strengthening of peace and stability.
