Azerbaijan joins annual meeting of Secretaries of Security Council of CIS countries

The ninth annual meeting of the Secretaries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Security Council started in Moscow.
Report informs that Azerbaijan will be represented at the event by Secretary of the Security Council Ramil Usubov.
Among the participants are Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev and Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan.
