Azerbaijan, Belarus eye strengthening cooperation in fighting cybercrime

Belarus plans to strengthen cooperation with Azerbaijan in the fight against cybercrime and cybercrime prevention, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Belarus Dmitry Gora told journalists, Report informs.
“Now crime is acquiring an international nature, first of all, we are worried about cybercrime - crime in the field of high technologies, which knows no borders. It is in this direction that we will cooperate and will develop our further interaction,” Gora said.
He noted that there are prospects for strengthening cooperation with the General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan and in the direction of investigating specific criminal cases.
