Azer Bayramov: AI should be integrated to improve workforce quality

Artificial intelligence (AI) should be integrated into efforts to enhance the quality of workforce performance, according to Azer Bayramov, Director-General of the Labor Center of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Report informs.

He made the remark during a meeting of the center's Executive Council held in Baku on September 23.

Bayramov emphasized that promoting labor and improving its quality must be a priority for a successful future: "We need to discuss labor planning for the coming years at the Executive Council meeting. If we want a successful future, we must take action. It's essential to embrace new technologies and incorporate artificial intelligence into workforce development. I am confident that together we will fulfill our mission."
