The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Baku expressed sincere gratitude to the leadership of Azerbaijan, represented by President Ilham Aliyev, during a ceremony for the transfer of special equipment to the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Kyrgyzstan.
According to Report, Ambassador Maksat Mamytkanov also thanked the Azerbaijani people and the leadership of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the latest humanitarian aid Azerbaijan has sent to Kyrgyzstan.
Today, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations handed over 10 KamAZ fire trucks to Kyrgyzstan.
"This is a true testament to the strengthening ties between our brotherly nations, and these bonds will only continue to grow in the future. It reflects the political course defined by our leaders – the presidents – to create the necessary conditions for further strengthening our Turkic brotherhood," the ambassador told journalists.
According to the Kyrgyz Ambassador, this aid is extremely important for his country at this time. "Spring is when landslides and other emergencies occur. This special equipment will be very useful for strengthening the material and technical base of Kyrgyzstan’s MES," noted Mamytkanov.
