Ambassador: Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan strengthen trade and economic cooperation

Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan are working on strengthening trade and economic cooperation through a joint committee and business council.

As Report informs, this was stated by the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Azerbaijan, Essam bin Saleh Al-Jutaili, at an event dedicated to the National Day of the Arab state.

"High-level mutual visits have taken place, and currently we are working on increasing trade and economic exchange through the Saudi-Azerbaijan Business Council and the joint committee," he emphasized.

According to him, the two countries have many common goals that will allow for a significant increase in trade and investment in the near future.

"Relations between Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan are of a historical nature. They were established in 1991 and today are actively developing in all areas," he said.
