$32 million allocated for European Championship in Georgia

Georgia, which will host the finals of the 2023 European Under-21 Championship, has allocated more than $ 32 million to improve its sports infrastructure, Report informs, citing the Georgian government's press service.
In order to hold the tournament properly, 12 sports facilities, including stadiums and training grounds in Tbilisi, Saguramo, Kutaisi, Tskaltubo, Kobuleti, and Batumi, will be repaired and built this year.
The European Championship will be held in Georgia (final) and Romania (opening) from June 21 to July 8 next year. A total of 8 stadiums will be used in the tournament, which will be attended by 16 teams.
