Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan changes management

Ilker Met and Seljuk Demir have been appointed new chairpersons to the Supervisory and Management Board of Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC, Report informs.
The newly appointed replaced Bilgahan Kurun and Avni Demirci, respectively.
Notably, Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan was established in 2014. Its authorized capital is AZN 50 million. Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan`s shareholders are T.C Ziraat Bankası OJSC (99,98%), Ziraat Teknoloji OJSC (0,01%) and Ziraat Yatırım Menkul Değerler OJSC (0,01%).
