WB forecast: Azerbaijan's agriculture will grow by 1.5% this year

"Consumer prices in Azerbaijan will increase by 3.3% this year, 2.9% in 2021, and 2.8% in 2022," Report says, citing World Bank's record on the economic situation in Europe and Central Asia, published today.
This year, Azerbaijan's agriculture is expected to grow by 1.5%, 2.5% in 2021, and 3.2% in 2022.
Although the industrial sector predicted a decline at 4.4% this year, it will rise by 1.7% in 2021-2022. In 2020, the service sector is also projected to decline by 5%. However, the WB expects growth in this sector for the next two years at 2.2% and 4.8%, respectively.
