Voluntary insurance market in Azerbaijan grows by over 24%

In January-November of this year, 657.639 million manats ($386.846 million) insurance premiums (+24.3%) were collected at the expense of voluntary insurance types in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
During the reporting period, the amount of voluntary insurance payments amounted to 313.747 million ($184.557 million) manats (-1.9%).
Thus, in January-November 2022, 47.7 manats ($28.06) of every 100 manats ($58.82) collected from the voluntary insurance market were paid. This figure was 60.45 manats ($35.56) in the same period of 2021.
