Venture investments in cryptocurrency industry hit record

Venture capital investment in the blockchain and digital assets industry increased by 90% in the second quarter of this year to a record $ 6.2 billion, Report informs, citing The Block.

Experts reviewed 497 deals. In the first quarter, companies raised $3.27 billion, while funding amounted to $436 million a year ago.

Notably, the greatest interest in monetary terms was shown to companies offering infrastructure solutions and cryptocurrency services.
