US may reduce tariffs on China

The United States is considering lowering tariffs on China, said US Trade Representative Katherine Tai, Report informs, citing foreign media.
The Donald Trump administration has imposed various tariffs on steel, aluminum, and other goods imported from China, creating inflationary pressure on the US consumer market. These tariffs cover $ 400 billion in annual imports and, according to various estimates, cost consumers $ 50 billion.
