Russia preparing for large-scale capital amnesty

The Russian Finance Ministry has prepared proposals for a larger capital amnesty, Minister Anton Siluanov said, Report informs via foreign media.
Amidst Western sanctions against Russia, the Russian Finance Ministry today will make a decision that obliges exporters to sell 80% of foreign exchange earnings.
