The specific weight of voluntary taxation in the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan is close to 93%, said Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov.
Report informs that according to him, this figure is 100% in the oil and gas sector:
"Currently, in tax revenues, the focus is not on numbers but the part of them that the entrepreneur pays voluntarily."
Jabbarov emphasized that taxes were paid by inspections and sanctions a few years ago:
"Today, it is the same process, but in a completely different way, it comes from the change of consciousness and culture.
"Structural and personnel reforms also play a significant role in these changes."
