IMF updates forecast on economic growth in Azerbaijan

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) froecasts a 2.5%-growth in the gross domestic product (GDP) in Azerbaijan this year, 0.5 percentage points less than the Fund's April forecast, Report informs.
The IMF expects Azerbaijan's economy to grow by 2.5% next year and in 2028, which is 0.1 percentage points less than the previous forecast.
The government of Azerbaijan predicts GDP growth at 2.7% in 2023 and 4.1% in 2024.
