Foreigners’ bank card transactions in Azerbaijan reduce 45% in March

In March 2020, the transactions via bank cards of foreigners arriving in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 53.9 million, which is 45% or AZN 44.1 million less compared to the same period last year, Report says referring to the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication..
The bank operations made by the foreigners in Azerbaijan equaled to AZN 212 million in January-March 2020. The figure is AZN 38.4 million or 22.12% less compared to the first quarter of 2019.
