China's foreign trade surplus exceeds $ 60 billion

With the gradual opening of major trading partners' economies in August this year, China's exports increased by 11.6% compared to the same term last year, said the Chinese Customs Administration.
During the reporting period, the country's imports fell by 0.5%, resulting in a trade surplus of 416.6 billion yuan ($ 61 billion).
According to foreign media, economists expected exports to rise by 1.24% and imports by 6.1%.
