CBA assessing impact of processes in Russia on Azerbaijan

Since Russia is a neighboring country, the sanctions imposed against it will, in a way, affect us, Director-General of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Ziya Aliyev told Report.
According to Ziya Aliyev, understanding how long it will be felt is just a matter of time: “We conduct detailed and in-depth monitoring and evaluation of these processes.”
In response to the invasion of Ukraine, the United States and Western countries have imposed unprecedented sanctions against Russia.
