Azerbaijan's Customs Committee posts 32% increase in budget transfers

In January-September of this year, the budget transfers from the State Customs Committee (SCC) amounted to 4,227,449,000 manats ($2.5 billion), up 32.4% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the SCC.
In the reporting period, the revenues from customs duties increased by 17.7% to 1,024,384,000 manats ($0.6 billion), from value-added tax (VAT) by 39.8% to 3,034,745,000 manats ($1.79 billion), excise taxes by 0.55% to 121.204 million manats ($71.3 million), road tax by 48.6% to 47.117 million manats ($27.72 million).
