SOCAR organizes training programs for Uzbekneftegaz employees

As part of ongoing cooperation between the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Uzbekneftegaz, a series of exchange programs covering various sectors of the oil and gas industry are being implemented, Report informs, citing SOCAR.

A training program titled "Human Resource Management" was held for Uzbekneftegaz employees from September 8 to 12.

During a meeting with SOCAR Vice President Ziba Mustafayeva, participants discussed the importance of experience sharing, partnership opportunities, and prospects for future collaboration. They also visited SOCAR"s Baku Higher Oil School and the Training, Education, and Certification Department.

From August 25 to 29, another training program was organized for Uzbekneftegaz staff on "Modern Methods of Geological Exploration and Enhancing Hydrocarbon Recovery."

The program will continue in the coming phases with sessions on "Risk Management in the Oil and Gas Business" and "Managing Innovation Activities in the Oil and Gas Sector."
