SOCAR imports nearly 5,000 tons of gasoline from Lithuania to Ukraine

In August this year, SOCAR Energy Ukraine, the Ukrainian subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), imported 4,800 tons of gasoline to the country, said the consulting group A-95.
Report informs, citing Ukrainian media, that this is 0.8 thousand tons or 20% more than in July. Gasoline imported by the Azerbaijani company was brought from Lithuania.
In total, 137,600 tons of gasoline (26% more than last year) was delivered to Ukraine last month. The country imported 101,000 tons from Belarus. Lithuania shipped 36,600 tons of motor fuel to Ukraine, 75% more than a year ago.
In January-August this year, Ukraine imported 814,000 tons of gasoline. It is 16% more than in the first eight months of last year.
