Oil transported via BTC pipeline drops 4% in 1H2025

In the first half of 2025, a total of 105.81 million barrels of oil were transported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline through Turkish territory, marking a decrease of 4.34 million barrels, or 3.9%, compared to the same period in 2024, according to Report informs, citing Türkiye’s BOTAS company.
In June 2025 alone, 17.296 million barrels of oil were transported via the BTC pipeline through Türkiye — a drop of 1.62 million barrels, or 8.6%, compared to June 2024.
For reference, a total of 224.142 million barrels of oil were transported through the BTC pipeline via Türkiye in 2024.
