Gas prices in Europe at the opening of exchange trading rose above $1,140 per 1,000 cubic meters, Report informs referring to the data of the ICE exchange.
The cost of the January futures contract on the TTF hub in the Netherlands increased to $1,146 per 1,000 cubic meters.
Thus, in Europe, the overall rise in gas prices compared to the closing price the day before is about 5%.
