Brent crude price exceeds $71 per barrel for first time since March 8

Global oil prices are growing on June 1 by 2-3 percent, with the price of Brent futures rising above $71 per barrel for the first time since March 8, according to trading data, Report informs.
As of 16:18 (GMT+4), the price of August futures for the North Sea Brent oil blend grew by 2.48 percent - to $71.04 per barrel. The indicator has been at this level for the first time since March 8. July futures for WTI oil rose 3.29 percent to $68.5 per barrel.
