Azerbaijan increases commercial gas production by more than 8%

In January-September this year, Azerbaijan produced crude oil, including 26.104 million tons of gas condensate, Report informs.
According to the State Statistics Committee, 26.001 million tons of this volume fell to commercial crude oil share. During the recording period, oil production was 7.5% (commodity 7.6%) less than the same period last year.
In the first nine months of 2020, the country provided 27.31 billion cubic meters of natural gas. Of this amount, 19.379 billion cubic meters fell to the share of commercial natural gas. The natural gas production rose by 5.1% year-on-year and commercial gas by 8.3%.
