Chief lecturer: Karabakh University laboratories to play important role in student training

Karabakh University's laboratories will play an important role in students' practical training, Hikmat Mammadov, chief lecturer at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Karabakh University, told Report in Khankandi.

He noted that the primary focus of the clinic's first laboratory is to reinforce the theoretical knowledge acquired by first-, second-, and third-year students in cytology and biochemistry through practical exercises.

"The laboratories established at the clinic are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Students' laboratory work will play a significant role in their practical development and training," he said.

Yusif Efendizada, head of the second laboratory established at the Karabakh University Clinic, noted that this university will contribute to the development of students as qualified professionals: "This research laboratory will conduct analyses in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, and clinical tests. Students will work in research laboratories throughout their six years of study, improving their theoretical knowledge through practical application."
