List of foreign companies engaged in illegal exploitation of deposits during occupation revealed

The names of foreign companies engaged in the illegal exploitation of Azerbaijan's Soyudlu, Vejnali, Demirli, and Gizilbulag deposits during the years of occupation have been announced, said Ali Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of Geological Exploration Agency, Report informs.

He said the mentioned companies include Sterlite Gold LTD and First Dynasty Mines of Canada; Base Metals, Vallex Group of Switzerland; Geopro Mining Gold Company of Russia; Armenian Copper Program, a joint venture between entrepreneurs from Sweden and Liechtenstein; US Global Gold and India's Vedanta Resourcess.
