Deputy minister: 132 hectares of greenery planted in liberated territories

A total of 132 hectares of new greenery have been created in the Zangilan, Jabrayil, Aghdam, and Fuzuli districts.
According to Report"s correspondent in Lachin, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Vugar Karimov stated said at the latest meeting of the Working Group on Environmental Issues that taking into account the plans for clearing forests of mines and unexploded ordnance, planting and sowing works have been carried out across 286 hectares of forest land in the Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, and Fuzuli districts.
"Planting and sowing works on 240 hectares of forest land are also planned for the autumn season of 2025. Currently, soil preparation is ongoing in these areas," the deputy minister added.
