On September 19, it will be primarily rainless in the regions of Azerbaijan. Mild east wind will blow.
The temperature will be +17 - +21 C at night, +30 - +35 C in the daytime.
In the highlands, it will be +4 - +8 C at night, and +10 - +14 C in the daytime.
