"International organizations have given a political assessment to the Khojaly genocide and March 31 - the genocide of Azerbaijanis," chairman of the Public Union of the Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh, MP Tural Ganjaliyev, said at a round table on "Genocide, war crimes in the context of international law.
Report quotes as saying to him that the Armenian state and its leaders Sargsyan and Kocharyan are drenched in Azerbaijanis's blood.
