Seymur Nazarov appointed First Deputy Head of Goranboy District Executive Power

Head of the Educational Department of Goranboy District Seymur Nazarov has been appointed First Deputy Head of the Goranboy District Executive Power.

According to Report's Western bureau, a relevant order has been signed in this regard.

Nazarov was born in 1982 in the Gizilhajili settlement of Goranboy. A graduate of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, Nazarov worked as a director of the Ashagi Balligaya village general secondary school in the Goranboy region. He was recently appointed head of the Educational Department.
