President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on December 31 - Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year.
According to Report, the head of state shared a congratulatory message on the official Twitter page against the background of a photo of Shusha:
"Happy Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and Happy New Year!"
