Ombudsman offers annexes about restricting right to leave the country 

Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Ombudsman) offered to add a provision (restrict the right to leave the country only under a court decision and send the notification about the decision to the mobile number, e-mail, or address) to the law, the Ombudsman said in the report for 2020.

The report will be put into the discussion at the meeting of the Human Rights Committee of the Parliament tomorrow.
